Prior to this, at Link Logistics, Blackstone's industrial holding company, he served as an asset manager overseeing leasing and property operations for their assets in Northern California.

Since then, Gunner has ventured into entrepreneurship, founding three separate businesses specializing in single-family rentals, residential wholesaling, and Commercial Real Estate Private Equity.Â
